Save2.ai is a Chrome extension and web service that enables you to save web content to your Notion databases. The service parses web pages and creates formatted entries in your selected Notion databases.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You must create an account to use Save2.ai. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Notion Integration

Save2.ai requires authorization to access your Notion workspace. By granting this authorization, you permit Save2.ai to:

• Read your Notion database schemas
• Create new pages in authorized databases
• Access database properties and configurations

You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Notion settings or Save2.ai account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Save2.ai only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated means to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the service to save content you do not have the right to access or distribute
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you save through Save2.ai. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Our Intellectual Property

Save2.ai and all associated trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVE2.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Use. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, providing additional notice such as email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Save2.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
